The booking

A reservation is confirmed when the confirmation email is sent. The fare shown by the reservation engine for the addresses, date, time and vehicle class you chose is the fare, subject only to tolls and airport fees disclosed at booking and to changes you request afterwards, which are re-priced and confirmed before they apply.

Waiting time

Airport pickups include sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals and thirty on domestic, counted from the aircraft's actual landing time. Other pickups include fifteen minutes from the booked time. Waiting beyond the included period is charged at the vehicle class's hourly rate, pro rata, and shown on the receipt.

No-shows

A passenger who cannot be reached at the pickup point or by phone within the included waiting time, plus a reasonable further attempt by the chauffeur and the desk, is a no-show and the full fare applies. Please keep your mobile on after landing.

Cancellations

Point-to-point transfers cancelled more than the notice window shown at booking before the pickup time are free; inside it the full fare applies. Stretch limousines, Sprinters, coaches and hourly bookings carry longer windows, stated at booking, because the vehicle is held for you. Flights cancelled by the airline are a free cancellation on our side when you tell us before the pickup time.

Vehicle and chauffeur

Vehicle classes are 'or similar'; the vehicle assigned is the nearest of the class booked and meets the class standard. We may substitute a higher class at no charge. Chauffeurs hold the provincial commercial passenger licence and follow the law on speed, hours and seat belts; a passenger who asks otherwise will be refused.

Conduct

No smoking or vaping in any vehicle. Alcohol may be consumed only where provincial law permits it in a licensed limousine with a partition. Damage or soiling requiring the vehicle to be taken out of service is charged at cost. Passengers who are abusive or unsafe will not be carried and the fare is not refunded.

Luggage and property

Luggage is carried at the passenger's risk within the class capacity stated on the fleet page. Property left in a vehicle is held for thirty days and returned at the passenger's cost.

Liability

Our liability for delay, missed connections or consequential loss is limited to the fare paid, except where provincial law provides otherwise. Passenger injury is covered by the vehicle's commercial passenger insurance to the limits the province sets.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the trip begins and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Questions to the address on the contact page.
