Six vehicle classes cover every booking on this site, from a single traveller landing at Winnipeg to a thirty-person delegation moving between a Toronto hotel block and the convention centre. The engine prices each class by the exact address, so the choice is only ever about seats and luggage, never about haggling.
The classes are the same in every city. An Executive Sedan booked in Halifax is the same standard as one booked in Vancouver: a late-model black sedan, leather seating, a chauffeur in a suit, bottled water, a phone charger, and a car that was detailed before it left the yard. The makes vary by region because the local fleet partners run what suits their roads and winters - a Lincoln in Ontario, a Mercedes in British Columbia, a Cadillac on the Prairies - and every car is 'or similar' within its class.
Luggage is the usual mistake. Two large suitcases and two carry-ons fit a sedan; a third large case does not, and the chauffeur cannot legally stack it on the back seat. When in doubt book the SUV - the fare difference is smaller than the cost of a second car.

Each class is 'or similar'. The vehicle assigned is whichever car of that class is nearest your pickup at the time, so a Premium Sedan booking may arrive as a Mercedes S-Class, a BMW 7 Series or a Genesis G90. Every car in a class meets the same age, condition and cleanliness standard.
Yes, at no charge. Add the seat type - infant, convertible or booster - and the child's age in the booking notes, and the chauffeur fits it before setting off. Provincial rules vary; a booster is required in most provinces until the child reaches the height or age threshold.
For an arrival that is meant to be noticed, yes; for a family with six suitcases, no - the trunk is small because the cabin is long. The SUV or the Sprinter carries the luggage; the stretch carries the occasion.
Yes. Every vehicle in the fleet runs winter tyres through the season, which is a legal requirement in Quebec from December to mid-March and simple sense everywhere else in Canada.
