What we collect

To provide a chauffeured transfer we collect the information the reservation needs: your name, mobile number and email; pickup and drop-off addresses; dates, times and, for airport trips, the flight number; passenger and luggage counts; vehicle preferences and notes such as a child seat; and payment details, which are processed by our payment provider and not stored by us in full. Corporate accounts add the company's billing details and the names of authorised bookers.

How we use it

To dispatch the vehicle, track the flight, text the chauffeur's details, send the confirmation and receipt, invoice corporate accounts, answer complaints and meet the record-keeping duties of commercial passenger transport in the provinces we serve. We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to see which pages are used and where the reservation engine is abandoned. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone except the chauffeur or partner operator fulfilling your trip, our payment and email providers, and authorities where the law requires.

Chauffeurs and partner operators

The chauffeur or partner operator assigned to your trip receives your name, mobile number, addresses, flight number and trip notes - what they need to find you and drive you - and nothing else. Partner operators are bound by contract to use it only for your trip.

Retention

Trip records are kept for the period provincial transport regulations and tax law require, then deleted. Corporate account records are kept for the life of the account and the statutory period after.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and the provincial privacy laws of Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and withdraw consent to its use subject to our legal obligations. Write to the address on the contact page; we answer within thirty days.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember the reservation engine's state. The travel desk hands off to BookingWorldwide.net, whose own privacy policy applies from that point.
