Is the fare really fixed?
Yes. The reservation engine prices the exact pickup and drop-off address for the vehicle class you choose, and that is the fare you pay. There is no meter, no surge pricing on busy arrival waves and no gratuity added at the curb. Tolls and parking, where they apply, are shown at booking.
What happens if my flight is late?
Nothing that costs you anything. Give us the flight number and the pickup follows the airline's live arrival time. Sixty minutes of waiting are included on international arrivals and thirty on domestic, counted from the moment the aircraft lands.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
At the airport's designated pre-arranged pickup area outside arrivals, which the chauffeur confirms by text with the vehicle plate. A name board inside the arrivals hall (meet and greet) is a paid add-on you can tick at booking.
Can I book a limousine for a wedding, prom or a night out rather than the airport?
Yes - stretch limousines, premium sedans, Sprinters and mini coaches are on the same engine. Pick the hourly option for as-directed evenings and multi-stop days; the wedding, prom and events pages explain how each is priced.
Do you drive between cities and across the US border?
Yes. City-to-city black car - Toronto to Montreal, Calgary to Banff, Vancouver to Whistler - is quoted as a single fixed fare with the stops you choose. Cross-border trips to Buffalo, Detroit, Seattle and the US Northeast run on our own service with chauffeurs who know the crossing.
