Booking

How do I book a limousine or black car?

Use the reservation engine on any page: pickup, drop-off, date, time, passengers, luggage and the flight number if there is one. It shows the fixed fare for every vehicle class that fits and confirms by email. Or call the desk, any hour.

How far in advance should I book?

Airport transfers: as soon as you have the flight, and at least a few hours ahead. Weddings, proms and stretch limousines: weeks ahead for a Saturday in June or a grad night. Corporate account bookings can be made the same day.

Can I book a return in the same reservation?

Yes. Add the return leg and both fares are shown together and confirmed together.

Can I add a stop?

Yes, at booking or later by phone. Each stop is priced as you add it; on an hourly booking stops are included in the time.

What if I need to change the time or address?

Reply to the confirmation or call the desk. Changes are free; only cancellations inside the notice window carry a charge.

Do you take same-day bookings?

Yes, subject to a car being available - almost always in the eighteen cities, less certain at 3 am in a small town.

Fares

Is the fare really fixed?

Yes. It is priced by the exact addresses and the vehicle class at booking, and that is the fare on the receipt. No meter, no surge, no gratuity added at the curb.

What is not included in the fare?

Tolls where they apply - the 407 in Ontario is the usual one - and airport fees at a few airports; both are shown at booking. Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall is an optional add-on.

Is gratuity included?

Nothing is added at the curb. If you wish to tip the chauffeur you may, in cash or on the account; it is never expected or added.

How is an hourly booking priced?

By the hour from the first pickup to the last drop, with a minimum that varies by city and vehicle class and is shown at booking. Waiting and stops are included.

How is a long-distance drive priced?

As one fixed fare for the journey, with the return position of the car built in, so a driver never declines because the trip is far from home.

Do corporate accounts get different fares?

The same fares, invoiced monthly. Volume accounts qualify for negotiated rates applied automatically by the engine.

Airports

Where does the chauffeur meet me?

At the airport's designated pre-arranged pickup area outside arrivals, with the plate texted to you before landing. With the meet-and-greet add-on, inside the arrivals hall with a name board.

What if my flight is early or late?

The pickup follows the airline's live arrival time. Give us the flight number and there is nothing else to do.

How long will the chauffeur wait?

Sixty minutes on an international arrival and thirty on a domestic one, counted from touchdown, before any waiting charge applies.

What if my flight is diverted or cancelled?

Dispatch sees it and calls you. A diversion moves the pickup to the new airport where we can; a cancellation is a free cancellation on our side.

Do you serve the smaller airports?

Yes - Billy Bishop, Hamilton, Waterloo, London, Saskatoon, Regina, Kelowna, Moncton, St. John's, Charlottetown, Whitehorse, Yellowknife and the cross-border fields are all on the engine.

Can the chauffeur help with luggage?

Yes; that is the job. Tell us at booking if a bag is unusually heavy or large so the right class is sent.

Vehicles

Which vehicle should I choose?

One or two people with ordinary luggage: Executive Sedan. The quietest cabin: Premium Sedan. Three to six people or extra bags: Luxury SUV. Up to fourteen: Executive Sprinter. An occasion: stretch limousine. A delegation: mini coach.

Are the cars the exact models shown?

Each class is 'or similar'. The car assigned is the nearest of that class, and every car in a class meets the same age and condition standard.

Do you fit child seats?

Yes, at no charge. Note the seat type and the child's age at booking.

Are the vehicles wheelchair-accessible?

Folding wheelchairs and walkers travel in the trunk of any class. For a passenger who remains in the chair, ask the desk; an accessible vehicle can be arranged in most cities with notice.

Can I bring a pet?

A pet in a carrier travels in any class. A large dog needs the SUV; tell us at booking so the right car is sent.

Is smoking allowed?

No, in any vehicle.
