Limo service in Ottawa
YOW airport limos, Parliament Hill and the embassies, Kanata's tech park, the Château Laurier weddings, the drive to Montreal - the capital at a fixed fare.
- Fixed fare
- Flight-tracked
- Free waiting time
- One booking, any city
Eighteen cities. One reservation engine.
From Victoria to Halifax the booking works the same way: fixed fare, flight-tracked, chauffeur at the door. Pick the city for the local detail.
One standard, coast to coast
The airport transfer is the core; the same chauffeurs and the same fixed fares cover the hourly day, the corporate account, the wedding and the long drive between cities.
Reserve a chauffeur in Ottawa
Pick the city, the vehicle and the time, see the fixed fare, confirm - about two minutes.
Fixed fare shown as you type, instant confirmation by email. Trouble with the form? Call (833) 931-6688 (toll-free) or 647-667-7689 and we will book it with you.
The capital's calendar
Ottawa runs on the parliamentary calendar, and so do its chauffeurs. When the House sits, the airport fills on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings with members, staff, lobbyists and the consultants who follow them; the embassies book cars for the visiting ministers; the government departments book the corporate account for the delegation from a province. When the House rises, the city becomes a tourist town for the summer - Canada Day on the Hill, Bluesfest at the war museum, the canal boats - and in winter the world's longest skating rink. Add the tech park in Kanata, the universities and the hospitals, and a hockey arena so far out of town that a chauffeur is the sensible way to reach it, and you have the market. We run the full service across the National Capital Region on both sides of the river: the airport transfers, the corporate black car, the hourly chauffeur for the day on the Hill, the Château Laurier weddings, and the city-to-city drives to Montreal and Toronto.

YOW, and how the pickup works
Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International is thirteen kilometres south of Parliament Hill, twenty minutes off-peak up the Airport Parkway and Bronson Avenue, thirty-five in the evening rush. It is a single terminal with the domestic, international and US-preclearance gates on one concourse and a short walk from any carousel to the curb. The pre-arranged limousine pickup is at the arrivals level, signed separately from the taxi rank and the ride-app zone; the chauffeur texts the curb and the plate before landing, meet and greet inside the hall is the add-on, and thirty minutes of waiting are included on a domestic arrival and sixty on an international one. The airport authority publishes the layout at yow.ca; the Ottawa airport page has the full guide. The light-rail extension to the airport is the alternative for a single traveller with a carry-on; for anyone else the fixed fare is the answer.
The Hill, the embassies and the downtown grid
Parliament Hill and the government precinct along Wellington Street, the Supreme Court and the Bank of Canada, the department towers in the core and across the river in Gatineau: the weekday airport transfer's destination. The Château Laurier beside the Hill; the ByWard Market's restaurants and bars to the east; the embassies along Sussex Drive and in Rockcliffe and Sandy Hill; the Glebe and Old Ottawa South along the canal; Westboro and Hintonburg to the west; Kanata's tech park and the arena twenty-five kilometres out along the 417; Orléans to the east and Barrhaven to the south for the residential pickups. Gatineau and the Chelsea road to the Gatineau Park across the river price on the same engine with a bilingual chauffeur, and the Ontario page covers the province.
The Canadian Tire Centre, and why the chauffeur matters
The Senators' arena is in Kanata, twenty-five kilometres west of downtown on the 417, and after a game the highway back is slow for forty minutes; the arena's pre-arranged lots are the only sensible pickup for anyone who did not park, and a fixed fare means the crawl costs nothing. TD Place at Lansdowne on the canal for the Redblacks and the 67's is the opposite - downtown, walkable, with a Bank Street closure the chauffeur knows around. The National Arts Centre on Elgin for the orchestra, the theatre and the touring shows; the Shaw Centre on the canal for the conferences; the Canadian War Museum's field at LeBreton Flats for Bluesfest in July. The sporting events and nights out pages cover the pickup arrangements.
The corporate and government account
Government relations firms, the law firms on the Hill's doorstep, the associations headquartered in the capital, the tech companies in Kanata, the universities and the hospitals: Ottawa's corporate accounts book the YOW transfer for the Monday-morning wave, the hourly chauffeur for the day of meetings on the Hill and in the department towers, the guest transfer with meet and greet for the visiting delegation, and the city-to-city corridor to Montreal in two hours and Toronto in four and a half. Federal travel policy's receipt requirements are met by the account's monthly invoice, which lists each trip by traveller, purpose code and cost centre.
Traffic, weather and the honest drive times
The 417 through the city - the Queensway - is the artery and it is slow from 7 to 9 and 3:30 to 6, worse westbound towards Kanata in the evening; the Airport Parkway is quick; the bridges to Gatineau back up at both rush hours. Winter is long and the capital handles it well, but the January freezing rain that glazes the Queensway is the day the chauffeur's winter tyres and patience matter. The Rideau Canal freezes in January and the skateway's opening changes the downtown parking; Canada Day closes the core entirely. Ontario 511 is what dispatch reads. The honest figures: YOW to the Hill in twenty minutes at 6 am and thirty-five at 5 pm; downtown to the Canadian Tire Centre in twenty-five minutes at 5 pm and forty-five after the game.
Canada Day, Bluesfest and the calendar
Canada Day on July 1 is the capital's biggest day and its most closed: the Hill and the core are pedestrian from morning, the fireworks over the river end it, and a chauffeur booked for the evening collects from an agreed point outside the closures. Bluesfest's ten days at LeBreton Flats in July, the Tulip Festival in May, Winterlude across three February weekends with the ice sculptures in Confederation Park and the canal open, the Ottawa Race Weekend in May, the Jazz Festival in June: each has its closures and its pickup point. The nights out page explains the approach.
Hotels and the drop-off
The Fairmont Château Laurier beside the Hill, the Westin over the Rideau Centre, the Lord Elgin on Elgin, the Andaz and the Le Germain in the Market, the Delta and the Marriott downtown, the Brookstreet in Kanata for the tech visitors, and the airport's Hilton Garden Inn: the chauffeurs know each forecourt, and the travel desk books the room.
What a limo costs in Ottawa
Fixed by the addresses and the vehicle class, shown before you book. YOW to the Hill in an Executive Sedan is the most-booked transfer and, at thirteen kilometres, a modest one; Kanata and Orléans price by distance; Montreal and Toronto are corridor fares. No surge on Canada Day, no meter, no gratuity added. Hourly bookings carry a minimum shown when you choose the hourly option. The fleet page has the capacities.
Weddings at the Château and beyond
The Château Laurier, the National Arts Centre, the Museum of Nature, the Horticulture Building at Lansdowne, the Britannia yacht club, the Gatineau Park lodges and the Strathmere estate: Ottawa's wedding venues fill the summer Saturdays and the stretch limousines are booked by March. The Rideau Canal and the Hill are the photograph run. The wedding page covers the plan; prom season across the Ottawa boards is June, and the prom page the rules.
The corridor and the day trips
Montreal in two hours on the 417 and the 40; Toronto in four and a half on the 416 and the 401; Kingston and the Thousand Islands in two; Mont-Tremblant in two for the ski weekend; the Gatineau Park's Pink Lake and the Mackenzie King estate in thirty minutes for the autumn colour day. All on the city-to-city service at a fixed fare with the return built in.
A Monday-morning arrival, worked through
A Monday 8:45 am landing from Toronto on Porter, a consultant with a carry-on bound for a 10 am at a department tower on Slater Street. The Executive Sedan was booked on the corporate account with the flight number; the aircraft is ten minutes early and so is the chauffeur. No checked bag; at 8:55 the consultant is at the pre-arranged curb, on the Airport Parkway by 9, and at Slater Street by 9:20 with time for a coffee. The fare is the one on the profile's default; the invoice line will carry the client code the profile holds. The same consultant's Thursday 5 pm return books the same way, with the chauffeur at the tower's door at 4:15 for the 5:30 flight because the engine knows the Queensway at that hour.
Kanata, the tech park and the arena
Kanata's tech park - the companies along March Road and the Terry Fox corridor, twenty-five kilometres west of the Hill on the 417 - books the corporate account for the visiting engineers through YOW, which is forty minutes from Kanata around the city's south, and the Brookstreet Hotel is the default drop-off. The Canadian Tire Centre beside the park is the sporting events page's Ottawa entry: a Senators game from downtown is a fixed fare each way and the 417's post-game crawl costs nothing.
Gatineau, the park and the Quebec side
Across the river, Gatineau's department towers on the Portage and the Terrasses de la Chaudière, the Canadian Museum of History on the water, the casino at Lac-Leamy and the Gatineau Park's hills and lakes twenty minutes north through Chelsea: every address prices on the engine, the chauffeurs are bilingual as standard, and the five bridges - the Chaudière, the Portage, the Alexandra, the Macdonald-Cartier, the Champlain - are chosen by the hour. The autumn-colour drive through the park in the first two weeks of October is the region's best hourly chauffeur day. Ottawa Tourism publishes the calendar for both sides.
The universities, the hospitals and the institutions
The University of Ottawa in Sandy Hill and Carleton on the canal book the September move-in and the June convocations; the Ottawa Hospital's Civic and General campuses and CHEO book the medical day; the National Gallery, the museums along the river and the National Arts Centre book the galas on the corporate account. The prom and graduation page covers the June season across the Ottawa boards, and the Ottawa-Carleton board's safe-grad plans are built with the desk.
Two questions Ottawans ask the desk
Can a chauffeur get onto Parliament Hill? Only to the Wellington Street curb the Parliamentary Protective Service allows for pre-arranged cars; the chauffeur knows the drop and the walk is a minute. Is the Chelsea road to the Gatineau Park open in winter? Yes, but the park's own parkways close to cars for the ski season, and the autumn-colour drive is an October booking. A third, asked every June: the Canada Day evening cars are booked by the middle of the month, and the pickup point outside the closures is on the confirmation.
